It hurts when the people you love the most treat you like you’re worthless. When they talk to you like you’re complete crap. You start to think that they’re right. You start to believe that you’ll never be good enough. It hurts to think that, if the one person who should protect you, says all these negative things about you, it’s because it’s what you actually are. When the one person who should love you unconditionally, acts like they’re life would be better without you… it breaks you down
